His education at Colorado Mountain College and the University of Colorado, Boulder provided grounding in art and design. He furthered his studies in language and culture in Ocho Rios Jamaica, University of St. Petersburg, Russia and The University of Costa Rica, San Jose. His extensive travels to Europe, Africa and Asia broadened his scope of vision and provided new ways of seeing, thinking and communicating.
Jason has 22+ years in branding and graphic communications. Following graduation from Metropolitan State College of Denver with a BFA in Graphic Design, Jason initially worked with Johnson and Johnson, Depuy, and various other medical companies. After several years working with medical clientele, Jason launched Studio 217, Inc. so he could fully utilize his knowledge of design, print, and brand awareness. Jason’s strengths include the proven ability to motivate and inspire his creative teams to produce and deliver superb work under tight deadlines. Along with local and nationally based clients, Jason and Studio 217, Inc. have worked with internationally known clientele such as Szambelan Vodka, Dattoli Cancer Center, Aspen Ski Co., Challenge Aspen, GNC, Innov8athlete, Hp Ingredients, Herbal Sciens Labs and many more.
His command of contemporary design technology allows him to bring cutting edge creativity to the clients he serves. Overall, he seeks the best from himself and his collaborators in order to provide his clients with exceptional results.
